This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +28 more states.
• Responsible for the creation and ongoing enhancement of messaging, positioning, and value propositions across TCC’s global portfolio of solutions.
• Align the portfolio narrative with key buyer personas (Marketing Leaders, Channel Leaders, Partner Leaders) and their business objectives.
• Convert market insights, partner dynamics, and buyer requirements into a portfolio-level go-to-market strategy and messaging frameworks.
• Ensure alignment between portfolio messaging, sales narratives, and campaign execution.
• Design and implement integrated, multi-channel campaigns (digital, events, content syndication, paid media, email, social) that activate portfolio positioning and commercial priorities.
• Manage the complete campaign lifecycle: brief → build → launch → optimize → report, ensuring consistency with portfolio messaging and go-to-market strategy.
• Collaborate with sales, product/portfolio, and delivery teams to align campaigns with pipeline and revenue objectives.
• Illustrate the impact of our marketing initiatives on the business: establish KPIs linked to pipeline, engagement, partner activation, and revenue influence.
• Create and oversee social media campaigns that enhance portfolio offerings and integrated programs.
• Work directly with sales teams to facilitate pipeline generation, new business opportunities, and renewals.
• 3-6 years of experience in B2B technology portfolio or integrated marketing (preferred in technology/channel ecosystem).
• Demonstrated experience in owning portfolio-level or product marketing positioning and messaging, rather than just campaign execution.
• Proven track record of launching and managing multi-channel campaigns that contribute to pipeline growth, based on defined portfolio positioning and go-to-market strategy.
• Strong understanding of demand generation, partner marketing, and B2B buyer journeys, including their impact on portfolio positioning and go-to-market strategy.
• Familiarity with marketing automation, CRM, and campaign performance analytics.
• Excellent storytelling and communication abilities—capable of translating data into business impact.
