Temporary Marketing Presentation Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Create and develop professional presentations (pptx, Canva, and others) for sales, leadership, and marketing endeavors.

• Consistently apply brand standards across all presentation materials.

• Design custom charts, diagrams, timelines, and visual frameworks.

• Revise and enhance existing presentations for improved clarity and impact.

• Transform rough content, notes, or documents into visually engaging and clear slides.

• Assist in the development of proposals and client presentations under tight deadlines.

• Ensure that final outputs are polished, accurate, and ready for client presentation.

• Proficient with Microsoft PowerPoint at an expert level.

• Proficient with Canva at an expert level.

• Strong visual design capabilities, including layout, typography, and information hierarchy.

• Ability to distill complex information into simple, engaging visuals.

• Exceptional attention to detail and consistency in formatting.

• Capacity to work efficiently under tight deadlines.

• Familiarity with B2B Professional Services.

• Experience in creating icons, infographics, or custom graphics.

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or similar design tools.

• Experience adhering to corporate brand guidelines.
