Marketing Production Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Maine.

📋 Description

• Ensure seamless project workflows within the Marketing department.

• Maintain, enhance, and streamline internal processes.

• Collaborate with various teams and external vendors for project assistance.

• Oversee the traffic project management system.

• Monitor team capacity and effectively distribute workloads.

• Conduct final quality assessments before production release.

• Manage daily deliverables and maintain records of ongoing and completed projects.

• Collaborate with Compliance to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.

• Contribute to production status meetings with precise updates.

⛳️ Requirements

• BA/BS degree or a comparable combination of education and experience.

• 5 years of experience in advertising or marketing.

• Preferred 3+ years of experience in advertising agency production and traffic.

• Strong expertise in marketing, advertising, production, and traffic management.

• Familiarity with production and scheduling management systems.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.

• Outstanding project management and communication abilities.
