This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Netherlands.
β’ Anticipate the requirements of the Solutions Engineering Team.
β’ Design, develop, and present technical presentations and white papers.
β’ Create and present Training Materials, Product Demonstrations, and Product workshops for the One-X organization, customers, and the community.
β’ Collaborate with Product Management, Marketing, Engineering, and Customer Experience teams to enhance customer engagements.
β’ Become a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on one or more of our products, enabling support for the field in deep dive technical meetings, large strategic Proof of Values (POVs), blogs, webinars, and more.
β’ Minimum of 5 years of technical experience in roles such as SRE, Developer, Architect, and/or a successful presales Solution Architect. Experience in OSS selling is advantageous.
β’ Profound understanding of at least two to three technologies in the Observability domain, such as Grafana, Loki, Prometheus, Tempo, Elastic, Splunk, Datadog, etc.
β’ Proven experience in planning and executing a corporate Observability strategy.
β’ Proficiency in at least one modern programming language.
β’ Knowledge of the modern software development lifecycle, including debugging and investigation processes.
β’ Familiarity with Linux and its common tools.
β’ Ability to Architect a Modern application on one of the primary cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), including Infrastructure as Code (IAC) tools like Terraform, while understanding the trade-offs between building versus buying, as well as the technologies that comprise that architecture, such as Kubernetes, Docker, Serverless, Microservices, and more.
β’ Experience in creating and delivering technical content targeted at technical audiences, including Workshops, Demos, Decks, Webinars, Videos, etc.
