This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Anticipate the requirements of the Solutions Engineering Team.
• Design, develop, and deliver technical presentations and white papers.
• Create and present Training Materials, Product Demonstrations, and Product Workshops for the One-X organization, customers, and the community.
• Collaborate with Product Management, Marketing, Engineering, and Customer Experience teams to enhance customer engagements.
• Become an expert in one or more of our products, enabling you to support the field with in-depth technical meetings, large strategic Points of View (POVs), blogs, webinars, and more.
• Over 5 years of technical experience, including roles as a Site Reliability Engineer (SRE), Developer, Architect, and/or a successful presales Solution Architect. Experience in OSS selling is advantageous.
• Profound knowledge of at least two to three technologies in the Observability domain, such as Grafana, Loki, Prometheus, Tempo, Elastic, Splunk, Datadog, etc.
• Proven experience in planning and implementing a corporate Observability strategy.
• Proficiency in at least one modern programming language.
• Familiarity with the contemporary software development lifecycle, including debugging and investigation.
• Working knowledge of Linux and its common tools.
• Ability to architect a modern application on one of the leading cloud providers (AWS, Azure, or GCP), utilizing Infrastructure as Code (IAC) tools like Terraform, and understanding the trade-offs between build versus buy, as well as the technologies that compose that architecture such as Kubernetes, Docker, Serverless, Microservices, and more.
• Experience in creating and presenting technical content to technical audiences, including Workshops, Demos, Decks, Webinars, Videos, and more.
