Senior Field Applications Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Facilitate customer preparation and execute validation studies on instrumentation, encompassing instrument setup, calibration, precision analyses, and method comparisons.

• Offer both onsite and remote telephone support for customers regarding assay and quality control inquiries.

• Deliver onsite training to ensure proper usage of instrumentation.

⛳️ Requirements

• An associate's degree with a minimum of 3+ years of combined experience in laboratory/diagnostic instrumentation or a related field.

• In-depth knowledge of the Diagnostics or Healthcare Industry, with a strong focus on the Laboratory Regulatory environment.

• A valid driver’s license and a satisfactory driving record are required.

• Capability to frequently lift, move, slide, raise, and/or position items weighing up to 50 lbs.

• Prior experience in Medical Laboratory Science and Standard Laboratory Management Practices is advantageous.
