Senior FHIR Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of Grove’s FHIR data layer, encompassing resource design and system integration.

• Establish the modeling of clinical data in FHIR R4 across all domains that Grove engages with.

• Develop and sustain the integrations necessary for FHIR data utility.

• Oversee the AWS HealthLake data layer and the integration of the Canvas Medical SDK.

• Specify FHIR contracts for AI agents and the clinical analytics layer.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in production FHIR R4 implementation.

• Practical experience with AWS HealthLake.

• Proficiency in programming with the Canvas Medical SDK.

• Extensive knowledge of clinical resources.

• Experience with FHIR Subscription and event-driven data flow.

• Ability to handle HIPAA-compliant data.

• Strong skills in TypeScript or Python.
