This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kansas.
• Oversee nationwide Federal pursuits, focusing on significant strategic captures, IDIQs, SF 330s, and team qualifications.
• Manage and execute MPJV pursuit efforts by directing pursuit strategy, messaging, schedules, deliverables, and quality control (QC), ensuring alignment with MPJV objectives.
• Facilitate war rooms, strategy sessions, and Go/No-Go discussions for federal pursuits to enhance pursuit decision-making and winning strategies.
• Lead the development, writing, and review of proposal content for complex, nationwide Federal pursuits, including executive summaries, project management methodologies, technical narratives, and past performance documentation.
• Establish and manage proposal timelines, incorporating Pink, Red, and Gold Team reviews to ensure consistency, quality, and accuracy throughout the proposal lifecycle.
• Provide oversight for proposal QC and messaging to guarantee clarity, consistency, compliance, and strong win themes across all Federal submissions.
• Collaborate with capture, operations, and regional marketing teams to support prime and nationwide subbing Federal pursuits while ensuring enterprise-wide alignment of positioning and messaging.
• Coordinate marketing resources for data calls and oversee the efficient collection and organization of subconsultant information to meet proposal timelines and submission requirements.
• Advise pursuit teams on Federal best practices, evaluation criteria, and agency-specific requirements, aiding in early capture strategy and win theme development.
• Maintain consistent Federal and MPJV messaging across regions, promoting efficiencies and best practices for nationwide initiatives.
• Act as the CRM leader for Federal prime pursuits, identifying opportunities, building and managing the Federal pursuits pipeline, assigning marketing leadership, tracking activities, and providing data-driven insights.
• Assist with annual SF 330 Part II updates for offices across the nation.
• Collaborate with the national marketing manager of sectors and the corporate marketing and communications department to ensure consistent Federal strategy and messaging, including internal and external communications (digital: website, social media, email campaigns), marketing (SF 330 information, national trade shows, collateral, graphic design).
• Build and maintain strong relationships while delivering an excellent client experience for internal operations teams and external partners (primes, proposal managers, and subconsultants).
• Adhere to safety and quality standards across all projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, or a related field.
• 7 years of experience in marketing and communications.
• Alternatively, a minimum of 11 years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree.
• Extensive experience in leading and managing federal or large prime pursuits and teams is essential.
