Senior Federal Health Technical Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee and manage extensive technology implementations for federal healthcare initiatives, ensuring prompt delivery, high-quality execution, and adherence to strict government security protocols.

• Work closely with federal clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to create and implement strategic technology roadmaps that align with mission-critical goals.

• Guarantee compliance with federal cybersecurity regulations (such as FedRAMP, NIST 800-53, CMMC), governance frameworks, and overall compliance.

• Guide, mentor, and support project managers, technical leads, and interdisciplinary teams.

• Handle program budgets, resource distribution, risk assessment, and relationships with vendors.

• Deliver communications, reports, and presentations at the executive level to senior government officials and internal executives.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a similar field is required.

• At least 8 years of experience pertinent to this role, which includes 4 years in project management.

• Proven expertise in managing intricate programs within federal health or comparable government entities.

• Demonstrated capability to recognize growth potential and aid in business development initiatives.

• A growth-oriented mindset with a commitment to ongoing learning, adaptability, and innovation.

• A successful history of managing programs that comply with federal security and regulatory standards (FedRAMP, NIST, HIPAA).

• Experience in directly engaging with and advising senior government stakeholders.

• Eligibility to secure at least a public trust security clearance.
