This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Collaborate with the Federal Sales Team to provide evidence-based clinical education and support to Veterans Affairs (VA) and Department of Defense (DoD) healthcare systems.
• Offer clinical education and evidence-based guidance aimed at enhancing outcomes for Veterans, active-duty military personnel, and their families through diabetes technology.
• Act as a reliable clinical partner within VA and DoD healthcare systems to facilitate the adoption, utilization, and advancement of diabetes care across federal accounts.
• Work alongside Federal Business Managers to design and implement strategic and tactical plans that promote adoption, utilization, and sales growth within VA and DoD accounts.
• Educate providers, healthcare personnel, and patients by simplifying complex clinical concepts into clear, actionable insights.
• Cultivate relationships with providers, pharmacy leaders, administrators, contracting stakeholders, and other influential figures in Federal healthcare.
• Present tailored presentations to both internal and external audiences utilizing clinical evidence and data.
• Identify business opportunities and offer consultative support that influences customer decisions and propels Federal sales initiatives.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Training, Regulatory Affairs, and other home office partners.
• Collect and relay marketplace insights to guide business strategy, customer engagement, and commercial prospects.
• Ensure quality, compliance, and adherence to company policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.
• Manage various priorities while accommodating extensive travel commitments of up to 75%.
• Current CDCES or PharmD credential.
• Extensive knowledge in diabetes management, glucose interpretation, and continuous glucose monitoring (CGM) technology.
• Bachelor’s degree along with a minimum of 8–12 years of relevant experience.
• A graduate degree may be advantageous with 4 years of related experience.
• Experience working within Federal healthcare systems, including Veterans Affairs (VA) and Department of Defense (DoD) environments.
• Capability to develop and implement strategic and tactical plans with Federal Business Managers.
• Proficiency in educating providers, healthcare staff, and patients by translating complex clinical concepts into actionable information.
• Skill in building relationships with Federal healthcare decision-makers and influencers.
• Competence in delivering tailored presentations using clinical evidence and data.
• Ability to identify business opportunities and offer consultative support.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
• Capability to work across Sales, Marketing, Training, Regulatory Affairs, and home office teams.
• Commitment to quality, compliance, company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
• Willingness to meet travel requirements of up to 75%.
• Previous Federal healthcare sales experience and knowledge of government healthcare policies, processes, and stakeholder dynamics (Preferred).
• Military background or familiarity with military healthcare systems (Preferred).
