This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oregon, +1 more state.
• Take ownership and expand a portfolio of key FBO and business aviation accounts.
• Meet annual targets for volume, revenue, and gross profit.
• Create and implement strategies for territory and account growth.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities while enhancing existing relationships.
• Act as a commercial advisor to clients regarding their fueling requirements and the dynamics of the market.
• Maintain precise pipelines, forecasts, and account activities within CRM systems.
• Collaborate with internal teams including Supply, Dispatch, Credit, Accounting, and Legal.
• Keep an eye on competitors and market trends to enhance value propositions.
• Represent World Fuel at industry events, conferences, and client meetings.
• Contribute to the overall sales strategy and provide informal mentorship to junior team members.
• Over 5 years of experience in the FBO operating environment.
• Demonstrated success in managing large accounts and surpassing revenue and margin targets.
• Strong knowledge of aviation fuel markets and pricing structures.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
• Comfortable delivering presentations to senior stakeholders of clients.
• Proficient in CRM platforms and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
• Availability to travel frequently across the Pacific Northwest.
