This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

πŸ“‹ Description

β€’ Oversee, monitor, and disseminate the status of daily builds.

β€’ Facilitate the resolution of discrepancies between forecasted and committed quantities, address supply and demand shortages, manage ad-hoc changes, recover from excess inventory, and tackle customer-critical challenges with contract manufacturers.

β€’ Act as an escalation point between NVIDIA and contract manufacturers.

β€’ Recognize factory limitations and communicate with Production or Supply Planning regarding trade-off decisions.

β€’ Drive key performance indicators (KPIs) and factory metrics such as On-Time Delivery, Capacity Utilization, Cycle Time, Idle Time, and Inventory Accuracy.

β€’ Identify production discrepancies and their underlying causes, and implement continuous improvement strategies through regular weekly and quarterly evaluations.

β€’ Conduct weekly reconciliations for cycle counts of consigned and finished goods.

β€’ Monitor component shortages and collaborate with cross-functional teams to bridge inventory gaps.

β€’ Supervise and resolve business-to-business (B2B) issues with contract manufacturers to ensure daily shipping performance is protected.

β€’ Track and publish the daily Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) status and fulfill RMA schedules within agreed lead times.

β€’ Manage contract manufacturer accounts and user access permissions.

β€’ Establish contract manufacturers and SLOC inventory sub-locations as required.

β€’ Request ad-hoc overtime, gather quotes, and monitor and validate blanket purchase order coverage and usage.


⛳️ Requirements

β€’ 12–15 years of experience in Contract Manufacturing or Production Planning.

β€’ Bachelor of Science in Operations, Manufacturing Management, Logistics, or related fields, or equivalent experience.

β€’ Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, SAP, and MRP systems.

β€’ Advanced skills in Excel data analysis utilizing formulas and pivot tables.

β€’ Strong analytical abilities.

β€’ Familiarity with Excel macros is an advantage.

β€’ Exceptional English reading, writing, speaking, and listening skills.

β€’ Highly organized, detail-oriented, self-motivated, with a strong sense of ownership.

β€’ Willingness to travel 25% to 40% of the time.

β€’ APICS, Six Sigma, or Lean Manufacturing certification is beneficial.
