This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.
• Accountable for delivering the Facilities Team's services to efficiently operate and maintain the assigned portfolio.
• Collaborate with stakeholders throughout the organization to ensure that service delivery expectations are fulfilled without incurring financial or tenure risks.
• Proactively cultivate and maintain relationships with the occupier and client to surpass service delivery expectations and facilitate necessary works.
• Oversee the delivery of customer and property services across a portfolio of buildings.
• Conduct building inspections and produce related reports within the governance timeframe for the assigned portfolio.
• Ensure adherence to regulations and the requirements of client contracts, along with all facilities procedures.
• Manage the administration and organization of information for analysis and presentation to the senior management team.
• Assist with any tasks assigned by the Facilities leadership team as needed.
• Actively contribute to the efficient operation of the assigned portfolio/facilities and share suggestions for continuous improvement.
• Coordinate with facilities vendors and manage facilities work as needed in collaboration with the JLL Projects & Development Services account team.
• Comprehend the operational and technical requirements for the elements of the site(s) for which JLL holds responsibility.
• Maintain 24-hour availability for emergency coordination and escalation management.
• Flexibility to work varying hours to accommodate multiple time zones.
• Previous experience in facilities management, property management, hospitality, or a related field is preferred.
• Familiarity with local occupational health and safety standards, critical facilities, and vendor management for specialized services is beneficial.
• Basic understanding of technical aspects of property (such as Computer Room Air-conditioning, Chiller systems, Fire Protection systems, Mechanical & Electrical systems, and BMS systems) is advantageous.
• Required experience in front and back office processes with strong administrative skills, preferably within the FM sector.
• Strong focus on customer service, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to engage with a diverse range of client staff and demands.
• Recognition that Facilities management services encompass both reactive and routine maintenance across the assigned portfolio with a 24-hour call-out/contact requirement.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and develop technical teams.
• Strong capabilities in conflict resolution and escalation management.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills across all levels of the organization.
