Senior Experience Strategist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Develop and implement the go-to-market strategy while crafting impactful pre-sales content that drives growth in Customer Experience (CX) pipelines

• Convert market demands and user-centered methodologies into attractive offerings

• Impact purchasing choices and expedite revenue generation

• Assess and suggest methods to enhance customer and employee experiences

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of experience in a consulting role focused on progressive CX strategy

• A combination of sales and delivery experience is preferred

• Bachelor's or master's degree in service design, strategic design, innovation strategy, business administration, or a similar discipline

• Familiarity with AI-enabled tools or solutions, such as generative AI tools, analytics platforms, or automation technologies, is advantageous

• Willingness to travel up to 30% as required by business needs
