This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Cultivate, enhance, and oversee strategic customer partnerships.
• Develop and present compelling proposals and presentations tailored to meet the unique requirements of clients or prospects.
• Collaborate with customers to pinpoint and align programs, agency, or mission objectives aimed at elevating CX outcomes.
• Create and conduct strategic program reviews to incorporate CX expertise and foster connections with the agency’s executive stakeholders.
• Recognize and establish opportunities for customer engagement and appreciation.
• Propel organic growth by utilizing the existing customer base and relationships.
• Partner with clients to generate interest in Granicus services and solutions.
• Work closely with Granicus leadership to influence the development of new services based on customer feedback and insights.
• Act as the customer advocate, conveying their needs and concerns back to the company to enhance our solutions and processes.
• Represent Granicus at speaking engagements, panel discussions, and other internal or external events.
• 2-3 years of experience in digital services, overseeing a portfolio of projects, including delivery, quality assurance, and program growth.
• Familiarity with human-centered design best practices and methodologies.
• Capacity to act as a trusted, strategic advisor to senior professionals.
• Proven commercial acumen and a successful history of managing customer or project P&L.
• A strong commitment to public service, citizen engagement, service transformation, and communication.
• Excellent interpersonal skills for building relationships internally and externally at all organizational levels.
• Self-driven, adaptable problem solver who can handle routine tasks while also adjusting rapidly as needed.
