This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Conduct research, identify, engage, and build relationships with external leadership talent that aligns with The Home Depot's strategic objectives;
• Maintain consistency, efficiency, and adherence to federal, state, and local regulations;
• Perform continuous market and competitive analysis to stay informed about trends in the global business environment;
• Offer strategic, consultative support to the executive leadership team and human resources;
• Attend client meetings for active search engagements and carry out executive talent evaluations.
• Must be at least eighteen years old.
• Must have legal authorization to work in the United States.
• Previous experience in a retained search firm or as part of an in-house executive recruiting team.
• Possess a strong executive presence, commercial mindset, and business acumen with the capability to interpret enterprise business strategies.
• Demonstrate exceptional critical thinking skills and a strategic approach.
• Have extensive cross-functional knowledge across the organization.
• Strong experience in presentation and project management.
