• Deliver proactive calendar management support.
• Manage multiple projects with conflicting deadlines and take decisive action even when not fully informed.
• Collaborate with executives to drive the execution of team initiatives that align with business objectives.
• Act as a primary contact for the executives’ direct reports and administrative business partners.
• Oversee comprehensive meeting coordination and facilitation.
• Organize team-building events, leadership summits, and offsite gatherings.
• Grasp executive priorities, prioritize meeting requests, redirect as necessary, and make decisions on behalf of executives.
• Foster cross-functional relationships and uphold team morale.
• Recognize opportunities for process enhancements and implement changes.
• Take ownership of long-term projects and cultivate a thorough understanding of the overall business landscape.
• Provide mentorship to other administrative business partners.
• Ensure alignment across the administrative business partner team within the department.
• Collaborate with HR on workforce planning and organizational restructuring.
• Over 7 years of experience supporting executives in a dynamic environment within the High Tech sector.
• Capability to make sound decisions in a fast-paced setting with shifting priorities.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• High level of integrity and discretion when managing confidential information.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Outstanding organizational skills.
• Proficiency in building cross-functional relationships and collaborating closely with leaders.
• Ability to keep multiple teams and projects progressing concurrently.
• Experience in contract management.
• Familiarity with procurement processes.
• Proficient in common administrative tools, including Zoom and G-Suite.
