This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Oversee and enhance the CEO’s scheduling, ensuring that priorities, meetings, and deadlines are effectively managed.
• Act as the main contact for both internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear and professional communication.
• Organize meetings, verify appointments, and provide timely updates to leadership.
• Interact with clients via phone and email to collect information and offer updates when necessary.
• Prepare, review, and manage various documents, including contracts and internal reports.
• Monitor tasks, follow up on deliverables, and ensure that deadlines are consistently achieved.
• Conduct research and compile information to aid business and operational requirements.
• Execute administrative duties such as document management, filing, and team coordination.
• Assist with social media management responsibilities as required.
• Manage sensitive information with utmost confidentiality and professionalism.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a comparable role.
• Demonstrated experience supporting C-level executives (CEO, Founder, or equivalent).
• Strong background in calendar management, client communication, and document preparation.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
• Highly organized with a keen attention to detail and commitment to follow-through.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive, resourceful, and solution-oriented approach.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace and a capacity to quickly adapt to new tools and systems.
• Strong time management capabilities with the ability to efficiently oversee multiple responsibilities.
• Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
• **Minimum Technical and Work Environment Requirements:**
• - **Internet Connection:**
• - Primary internet connection with a minimum speed of **15 Mbps**.
