Senior Executive Assistant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Oversee intricate executive calendars, including scheduling and coordinating meetings for C-suite executives. Organize ELT meetings, taking charge of agendas, meeting materials, notes, and tracking action items.

• Track and follow up on action items and priorities set by executive leadership.

• Facilitate communication and coordination among various departments and project teams.

• Assist in preparing executive presentations, reports, and internal communications as required.

• Uphold confidentiality and professionalism when dealing with sensitive business matters.

• Identify and recommend enhancements to administrative and operational processes.


⛳️ Requirements

• 5-7 years of experience in executive support, project coordination, operations, or a similar role.

• Exceptional organizational and time management skills with a keen eye for detail.

• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.

• Capability to handle multiple priorities and adjust in a fast-paced environment.

• Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills.

• Preferred experience in supporting senior leaders or cross-functional teams.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, expense management, and scheduling tools.

• Demonstrated initiative, accountability, and problem-solving skills.
