Senior Execution and Enablement Manager

šŸ“‹ Description

• Take ownership of the comprehensive strategic relationship with significant partners and processors, encompassing onboarding, contract lifecycle management, operational migrations, and alignment of roadmaps.

• Facilitate intricate, multi-party root-cause investigations and spearhead cross-functional remediation strategies to address business, operational, and technical challenges.

• Serve as the primary liaison among Business Assurance, Product, Engineering, Compliance, and external partners to synchronize operational standards with market and regulatory demands.

• Drive long-term performance planning for partners, ensuring alignment with business objectives, go-to-market strategies, and global expansion efforts.

• Negotiate high-stakes commercial agreements, which include pricing, SLAs, liability frameworks, and feature-enablement contracts across international markets.

• Manage governance related to card-scheme and APM fines & mandates, ensuring compliance, submitting evidence as required, and overseeing all mitigation efforts both internally and with partners.

• Lead the implementation of new tenders, payment flows, and capabilities, ensuring smooth commercial, technical, and operational launches across various regions.

• Supervise senior-level hypercare and escalation management for high-value merchants during integrations, go-lives, and critical incidents.

• Collaborate with Customer Success, Sales, and Account Management teams to integrate scalable operational frameworks that minimize friction and enhance merchant experience.

• Act as the operational escalation contact for complex incidents, ensuring timely communication with stakeholders and structured resolution processes.

• Develop the partner-level performance strategy, focusing on approval rate optimization, cost reduction initiatives, intelligent routing, and adherence to SLAs.

• Analyze partner data, rejection trends, and root-cause indicators to create initiatives that enhance performance and lower operational overhead.

• Monitor and benchmark the global payments landscape—identifying emerging capabilities, new tenders, and competitive differentiators to fortify operational strategy.

• Oversee the Partner Health Matrix program from start to finish, including health reviews, executive reporting, risk assessments, and remediation planning.

• Present insights, KPIs, and program outcomes to senior leadership, ensuring clarity on performance, risk, and strategic opportunities.

• Foster continuous improvement initiatives across operations, partner management, and merchant enablement to boost global scalability and minimize complexity.

• Advocate for operational excellence and consistency across regions, time zones, and cross-functional teams.


ā›³ļø Requirements

• 8–10+ years of experience in payments/fintech operations, partner or processor management, issuing/acquiring operations, or APM ecosystems.

• Demonstrated leadership in managing complex global partner ecosystems, commercial negotiations, and high-impact escalations.

• In-depth understanding of payment flows, APIs, webhooks, routing, credentials, disputes, settlement, and reconciliation processes.

• Strong commercial acumen with a history of negotiating pricing, SLAs, and strategic agreements.

• Extensive knowledge of scheme rules, mandates, fines, compliance, and operational risk.

• Highly data-oriented, with advanced skills in Excel/Sheets; proficiency in SQL or BI tools is preferred.

• Experience leading cross-functional programs, merchant go-lives, operational rollouts, and technical migrations under tight deadlines.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field.
