Senior Events Specialist, Tech Trade Shows

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Take full responsibility for the complete execution of large-scale technology trade shows, from the initial planning stages to post-event analysis.

• Oversee vendor and fabricator management, which includes booth construction, electrical needs, production tasks, printing, gift procurement, and show services.

• Coordinate venue logistics, including food and beverage services, along with onsite logistical arrangements.

• Collaborate with marketing stakeholders to ensure event execution aligns with strategic goals, positioning, and industry best practices.

• Manage the setup of registration systems and track attendee participation using the Splash registration tool or similar platforms.

• Execute onsite operations, which encompass client hosting and engaging with high-profile stakeholders.

• Provide post-event reports and performance insights to both marketing and leadership teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5-7+ years of comprehensive experience in organizing large-scale technology trade shows or corporate tech conferences.

• Proven expertise in managing vendors and fabricators, particularly in booth production and construction.

• Strong capability in onsite event execution and operational management.

• Experience in working with a technology company or in delivering technology-driven conferences.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

• Familiarity with Splash or comparable registration platforms is preferred.

• Knowledge of Salesforce is an added advantage.

• Excellent time management and organizational skills are essential.
