This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead the strategy and implementation of SentiLink’s field marketing and events initiatives, which encompass industry conferences, hosted gatherings, partner activations, and regional roadshows.
• Organize and execute multi-city roadshows, focusing on venue selection, audience targeting, partner coordination, and local marketing.
• Collaborate with the Sales team to pinpoint priority accounts and regions, enhancing attendance and generating meetings.
• Oversee the comprehensive execution of events, which includes vendor management, logistics, booth strategy, content preparation, and on-site operations.
• Generate quantifiable pipeline impact through pre-event outreach, on-site engagement, and post-event conversion efforts.
• Create unique event experiences that strengthen SentiLink’s brand and establish thought leadership.
• Work alongside Product Marketing and Growth teams to ensure consistency in messaging and campaign alignment.
• Monitor and report on performance metrics, pipeline generated, ROI, and insights gained.
• Manage event budgets effectively and optimize financial expenditure.
• Assist in demand generation activities such as webinars, marketing campaigns, and content distribution.
• Foster connections with partners, industry organizations, and event vendors.
• 7+ years of experience in field marketing and events in B2B SaaS, fintech, or financial services sectors.
• Demonstrated success in executing events and/or roadshows that yield measurable pipeline and revenue results.
• Proficient in planning and managing multi-city or regional event programs.
• Strong project management capabilities with the ability to handle multiple events and timelines concurrently.
• Experience in closely partnering with Sales to enhance meeting generation and pipeline results.
• Detail-oriented with excellent execution skills and the ability to work independently.
• Innovative thinker with a passion for creating memorable, high-quality experiences.
• Comfortable operating in fast-paced, high-growth settings.
• Familiarity with Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo, or event management platforms is advantageous.
• Willingness to travel 30–40% for events, roadshows, and on-site execution.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
