Senior Events Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Arab Emirates (UAE).

📋 Description

• Assist the Global Events Lead in executing Binance's premier events and strategic worldwide initiatives.

• Take the lead on smaller global programs and executive experiences from inception to completion.

• Oversee comprehensive event planning, which includes budgeting, scheduling, production, venue management, procurement, registration, logistics, hospitality, onsite operations, and post-event analysis.

• Manage multiple simultaneous projects across various regions while ensuring high-quality execution and meticulous attention to detail.

• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Business Development, Security, Legal, Procurement, Finance, and regional teams.

• Coordinate with external agencies, production partners, venues, and suppliers to create exceptional event experiences.

• Recognize opportunities for process enhancements and scalable solutions to boost operational efficiency.

• Support global initiatives as business priorities shift.

• Facilitate or lead webinars and virtual events across digital platforms.

⛳️ Requirements

• 10+ years of professional experience in event management, ideally with international conferences and large-scale events.

• Demonstrated ability to deliver complex events involving multiple workstreams and cross-functional stakeholders.

• Outstanding project management and organizational capabilities; adept at handling several high-priority projects at once.

• Comfortable in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with limited structure and shifting priorities.

• Self-driven, resourceful, and proactive in finding solutions.

• Possess a positive, high-energy, fun, and creative attitude.

• Strong skills in stakeholder management and communication, particularly with global teams and senior leadership.

• Hands-on experience encompassing both strategic planning and operational execution.

• Experience in managing external agencies, vendors, and production partners.

• Willingness to travel internationally approximately 30% of the time.

• Ability to travel with minimal visa restrictions is highly preferred.

• Proficient in English, both spoken and written, is required.

• Experience in the crypto, fintech, or technology sectors is a plus.
