This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Organize and implement company-hosted events, from selecting venues to post-event evaluations.
• Oversee event staffing, logistics, shipping, setup, execution, and breakdown.
• Cultivate and manage relationships with vendors and venues, including handling contracts and ongoing correspondence.
• Develop and uphold project plans, timelines, budgets, and event checklists.
• Monitor event expenses, manage invoice processing, and report financials against approved budgets.
• Relay event schedules, status updates, and modifications to program directors, staff, speakers, vendors, and leadership.
• Act as the primary on-site contact during events and address real-time issues as they arise.
• Oversee event logistics, inventory, materials, and vendor coordination.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to support event promotion and maintain brand consistency.
• Work collaboratively across marketing, growth, delivery, and leadership teams.

• 3–6 years of experience in corporate event planning.
• Proven experience in supporting government conferences, military events, or federal clients.
• Strong project management and organizational capabilities.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple events at once and adapt to shifting priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience collaborating with marketing, sales, and external vendors.
• Willingness to travel as required for events.
• Genuine interest in the mission of delivering software to warfighters.
• Highly organized with a dependable follow-through.
• Comfortable alternately focusing on planning and executing events.
• Capable of working asynchronously with a distributed team.
• Composed in high-pressure situations and open to feedback.
• Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation platforms like HubSpot is a plus.
• Willingness to travel 4–10 times per year for events and in-person meetings.
