Senior Event Project Manager – Dedicated Pharma Client Team

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Oversee all facets of various large-scale projects for one of our primary pharmaceutical clients, from the initial briefing to successful completion and closure, encompassing logistics, production, and content organization.

• Ensure complete adherence to the client's operational standards, compliance mandates, approval procedures, and event protocols.

• Serve as the primary liaison for the client’s stakeholders throughout the implementation stage.

• Manage schedules, budgets, suppliers, and reporting with meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.

• Assist, guide, and collaborate with fellow team members to facilitate seamless project execution.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 8 years of experience in event project management within the pharmaceutical and/or healthcare sectors, involving comprehensive attendee management and event execution.

• Prior experience in an event agency setting, managing multiple intricate projects simultaneously in a dynamic, high-pressure environment.

• Deep understanding of pharmaceutical and healthcare regulations, compliance standards, and client procedures.

• Exceptional organizational, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities, complemented by a proactive communication approach, a process-oriented mindset, and a keen attention to detail.

• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office and substantial hands-on experience with Cvent, including website development, attendee management, and budgeting.

• Fluency in English and Spanish at a professional level.

• Located in Madrid and willing to travel on a regular basis.
