
Senior Event Marketing Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Assist various Event Marketing Managers with customer conferences, field events, sponsorships, webinars, hospitality programs, and internal events.
• Oversee event logistics, which includes registration, communication with attendees, coordination of speakers, venue operations, travel arrangements, shipping, and onsite execution.
• Develop project plans, production timelines, run-of-show documents, and event materials to facilitate successful program delivery.
• Aid in onsite staffing, vendor management, and enhancing the attendee experience to ensure smooth event execution.
• Manage the GTM events calendar along with relevant timelines, milestones, and cross-functional deliverables.
• Keep project documentation, budgets, purchase orders, invoices, and reconciliation activities organized.
• Assist with post-event reporting by tracking attendee metrics, gathering feedback, and coordinating operational recaps.
• Oversee event technology platforms, registration systems, and operational resources.
• Manage swag vendors, inventory, fulfillment, and event materials to support both customer and internal programs.
• Assist with sourcing venues and vendors, collecting proposals, procurement, and contract management.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Product Marketing, Brand, and Operations teams to keep stakeholders informed and projects moving forward.
• Coordinate with agency partners and external vendors to ensure successful program delivery.
• Create and maintain templates, playbooks, trackers, and scalable processes that enhance operational efficiency within the Events team.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in coordinating events, conferences, sponsorships, or marketing programs within a B2B context.
• Strong organizational and project management capabilities with the ability to juggle multiple priorities at once.
• Experience in managing vendors, venues, registration platforms, logistics, and onsite event operations.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across various teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented, resourceful, and proactive, equipped with robust problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach.
• Familiarity with Google Workspace, Salesforce, Asana, and event technology platforms (such as Splash and Cvent) is preferred.
• Willingness to travel up to 20–30% to support onsite event execution.
