Senior Estimator – Wind

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversees the procurement and estimation process by managing bidding procedures.

• Guarantees bid precision and upholds technical compliance.

• Plays a crucial role in obtaining new project contracts through effective negotiation and compelling presentations.

• Assesses and incorporates the cost of project safety requirements into bids.

• Exhibits personal and professional integrity while adhering to and enforcing company policies and procedures during the bidding process.

• Responsible for organizing the estimate for and during the pre-bid meeting.

• Conducts project site visits and reviews cost/production reports to compare actual costs with estimates.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in construction or engineering.

• Five to seven years of experience as an Estimator or equivalent combinations of technical training and/or related experience in mathematics, including algebra and geometry.

• Specialization in Renewable Construction, particularly in Solar, Wind, and BESS techniques.

• Advanced understanding of the construction market, estimating strategies, estimating techniques, cost control, and appropriate scheduling of purchases and work.

• Capability to read and interpret engineering drawings, purchase orders, contracts, and cost coding systems.
