Senior Estimator – Bluebeam

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Prepare and uphold precise project cost estimates in line with specifications, allowances, and available documentation.

• Conduct quantity take-offs and estimating tasks utilizing Bluebeam and related tools.

• Assist in the preparation of tenders and quotations, ensuring submissions are timely and accurate.

• Maintain databases for suppliers, subcontractors, and materials to guarantee data accuracy and accessibility.

• Acquire, document, and oversee pricing information from suppliers and subcontractors.

• Provide administrative assistance for estimating, project tracking, documentation, and reporting activities.

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and support the Lead Estimator and Sales Director with project and business-related tasks.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3–5 years of experience in estimating, construction administration, project coordination, or a similar role.

• Demonstrated experience using Bluebeam for quantity take-offs and estimating activities.

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and project tracking tools such as SmartSheet.

• Experience in commercial construction, fit-outs, interiors, or related industries; experience in healthcare fit-outs is a plus.

• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy when preparing estimates, maintaining records, and managing project data.

• Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills, with the ability to meet deadlines under pressure.

• Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to take initiative and work independently when necessary.
