Senior Estimator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Lead and carry out precise and competitive cost estimations for Data Center Services.

• Create comprehensive cost estimates for Data Center projects, encompassing labor, materials, equipment, and overheads.

• Review drawings, specifications, proposals, and other documentation to identify project requirements.

• Perform site visits to evaluate site conditions, limitations, and feasibility.

• Work in collaboration with Project Managers, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure alignment on project scopes and requirements.

• Keep meticulous records of estimates, project bids, and related documentation.

• Compile and deliver cost reports, risk assessments, and suggestions for value engineering.

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong knowledge of Data Center services, including low voltage, fiber interconnect, and wireless in-building solutions.

• Expertise in estimation software and the MS Office Suite.

• Proficient in using Bluebeam.

• Excellent analytical skills coupled with a keen attention to detail.

• Capability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.

• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.

• Possess a valid driver's license and the willingness to travel to project sites or inter-company meetings as necessary.
