This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Draft and evaluate Environmental Site Assessment (ESA) assignments.
• Offer sound recommendations and solutions to Managing Directors and clients while considering the assessment’s potential effect on the transaction process.
• Supervise quality control throughout the entire project lifecycle.
• Manage field technicians during site visits and, when necessary, lead fieldwork activities.
• Conduct research (historical, regulatory, etc.).
• Maintain communication with clients and representatives of the subject site.
• Execute appropriate site reconnaissance.
• Compile and organize data.
• Prepare high-quality supporting documentation (site figures, appendices, etc.).
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Managing Director, related to the report deliverable schedule and plan.
• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, Architecture, or a related discipline.
• Over 5 years of experience in environmental assessments.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience in managing multiple projects concurrently while adhering to tight deadlines.
• Professional certifications, such as Certified Environmental Professional (CEP), are advantageous.
• Radon and AHERA (Asbestos) certifications are a plus.
• Proficient in project management software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other pertinent tools.
