Senior ERP Systems Engineer, Oracle HCM

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Assist in the security and governance of Oracle Fusion HCM, SCM, Finance, and Fusion Data Intelligence applications.

• Manage user access, role-based security, HCM and ERP data security, along with security configuration migrations.

• Conduct environment refreshes, data masking, and audit and regulatory compliance activities, including Redwood security enablement, quarterly Oracle security updates, and production support.

• Collaborate with business and project teams to enforce security requirements for new initiatives.

• Ensure that users have the necessary access while maintaining the integrity of critical business operations.

• Safeguard workforce, financial, and supply chain data while ensuring compliance with security policies and regulatory standards.

• Guarantee continuous access to Oracle Cloud applications that support workforce management, financial operations, supply chain processes, and patient care.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of five (5) years of experience in implementing and supporting ERP systems, ideally Oracle HCM.

• Project management experience is essential.

• Familiarity with project management methodologies and system analysis.

• Both functional and technical experience with ERP systems.

• Proven experience in gathering and documenting data requirements.

• Experience in post-go-live support and maintenance of applications within an ERP ecosystem.

• High School Diploma or GED is required.

• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field is preferred.

• Oracle Cloud certification is preferred.
