Senior ERP Project Manager – Temporary

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Collaborating with business partners to troubleshoot and enhance data extracts in preparation for loading.

• Partnering with business stakeholders and IT to strategize and implement mock data loads into the testing environment.

• Collaborating with business partners and IT to plan and execute data loads into the production environment.

• Overseeing and managing the integration of ERP systems.

• Monitoring, analyzing, and assisting in resolving issues.

• Communicating with management regarding any issues or delays that could affect the go-live timeline.

• Demonstrating strong project management skills, with the ability to learn quickly and deliver results.

• Taking a proactive approach to upcoming tasks and effectively guiding and managing functional teams to ensure timely task completion.

• Responsible for managing 2-3 ERP systems simultaneously.

⛳️ Requirements

• 7-15 years of experience in Project Management, with some technical background.

• Ability to take initiative and effectively communicate with colleagues across various functional areas within the organization.

• Over 8 years of experience with Oracle EBS.

• Proven experience in implementing ERP systems.

• Experience in planning and collaborating with business partners to extract necessary data.

• More than 10 years of project management experience, including IT or related business fields.

• Over 10 years of experience working on projects that involve the implementation of project life cycle methodologies.

• Must have successfully completed at least 3 ERP integrations covering the entire lifecycle.

• Exposure to acquisition processes is required.

• Experience in influencing and managing project teams without formal direct reporting relationships.

• Comprehensive understanding of PMI-based project management competency areas and methodologies, with practical experience in applying these methods to achieve project success.

• Strong analytical skills necessary for managing activities related to budgeting, forecasting, monitoring, process management, risk management, quality control, and reporting.

• Excellent oral and written communication skills, with experience in engaging with all levels of management.

• Strong negotiation and influencing capabilities.
