Senior ERP Project Manager, Dutch

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Netherlands.

📋 Description

• Oversee the comprehensive delivery of various ERP projects from start to finish.

• Create and manage project plans, resources, and interdependencies.

• Facilitate coordination among cross-functional teams, IT departments, and external vendors.

• Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and governance processes.

• Lead communication with stakeholders, gather requirements, and establish prioritization.

• Supervise change management, testing phases, user acceptance testing (UAT), deployment, and readiness for business operations.

• Ensure adherence to project governance and audit standards.

• Promote process enhancements, standardization, and effective financial management of projects.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5–8+ years of experience in IT Project Management, particularly with medium to large technology projects.

• Proven experience in leading ERP enhancement and optimization initiatives.

• Proficiency in the Dutch language (minimum B2 level).

• Background in the retail, distribution, or manufacturing/coatings sectors.

• Strong skills in project delivery, covering scope, schedule, budget, risks, quality, and governance.

• Expertise in managing stakeholders, vendors, and cross-functional teams.

• Experience operating within structured PMO environments.

• Familiarity with inventory management and supply chain processes.

• Knowledge of Waterfall, Agile, or Hybrid project management methodologies.

• PMP, PRINCE2, or an equivalent certification is required.
