Senior ERP Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Senior Managers engage in a dynamic, outward-facing role that encompasses project and engagement management, team leadership, and significant interactions with clients at both tactical and strategic levels.

• They dedicate substantial time to client-facing activities throughout all phases of a project, from pursuit to delivery.

• Responsibilities include project management and extensive data analysis to execute impactful recommendations.

• Additionally, they contribute to overall practice development, mentor Coachees (when assigned), and handle various project and organizational administrative tasks.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience.

• Between 6 to 10 years of experience with cloud implementations in a consulting capacity.

• 2 to 4 years of experience serving as a functional lead or technical specialist.

• Proven track record of successfully delivering multiple end-to-end implementation projects in areas such as Cloud ERP, EPM, CRM, or Data Management solutions.

• Demonstrated experience in developing and nurturing talent through effective coaching and leadership.

• Ability to provide industry insights and recognize opportunities for value creation by understanding client (internal or external) challenges deeply.

• Willingness to travel up to 50% as required to collaborate with clients or internal project teams.
