This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the complete implementation of Infor M3 projects or others as required, ensuring delivery aligns with scope, deadlines, and budget constraints.
• Create and manage detailed project plans, incorporating milestones, resource distribution, and strategies for risk mitigation.
• Track project progress, ensuring effective communication and alignment among cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and clients.
• Administer enterprise-level budgets, proactively tracking budget performance and reporting discrepancies.
• Relay project status updates to both the project team and C-suite executives to guarantee a positive experience for clients.
• Identify and address customer issues proactively, balancing client satisfaction with the interests of Columbus; manage escalations with professionalism and diplomacy, ensuring quick and effective solutions while preserving robust client relationships.
• Work alongside sales and pre-sales teams to draft precise and detailed Statements of Work (SOWs), facilitating the estimation of project budgets, timelines, and resource requirements to ensure realistic client expectations and profitable results.
• Evaluate team performance and provide mentorship and guidance to uphold adherence to project deliverables and quality standards.
• Ensure the project team adheres to Columbus Methodology, producing deliverables to required standards and timelines; maintain the project plan accordingly.
• Review and comprehend the contractual terms and scope of assigned projects.
• Ensure proper recording of project setup, time, invoices if necessary, and expense entries; conduct reviews of time and expenses.
• Over 7 years of experience in ERP project management within an ERP setting.
• More than 7 years managing ERP enterprise implementations is essential, with a strong preference for experience with Infor M3.
• At least 7 years of consulting experience, with leadership experience considered a plus.
• Strong commercial insight with experience in managing budgets, contracts, and profitability.
• Outstanding problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with the capability to manage client escalations efficiently.
• Previous experience in drafting statements of work, project estimation, and resource forecasting.
• Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently in a dynamic environment.
• Exceptional interpersonal, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, or a related field.
• PMP certification is preferred.
