This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for CloudSuite Industrial Financials within the ERP Center of Excellence (COE).
• Establish and uphold financial design standards, migration principles, and best practices.
• Engage in ERP COE governance, which includes change control, release management, and solution approval processes.
• Balance the need for enterprise-wide standardization with the unique requirements of individual business units during migrations.
• Serve as the financial leader for the ERP migrations of business units to CloudSuite Industrial SaaS.
• Collaborate with Finance and business teams to assess existing financial processes and data.
• Define future-state designs that are aligned with COE standards.
• Identify gaps, risks, and create remediation plans.
• Lead activities related to financial data conversion, validation, and reconciliation.
• Provide support for parallel runs, cutover planning, and post-go-live stabilization.
• Ensure that migrated business units implement a standardized chart of accounts, dimensions, and reporting structures.
• Develop reusable migration templates, checklists, and playbooks for future rollouts.
• Assume responsibility for functional configuration of CSI SaaS Financial modules, which include: General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Fixed Assets, Cash Management, multi-site, intercompany, and multi-currency processing.
• Maintain enterprise financial structures that facilitate scalability and future acquisitions.
• Collaborate with Finance leadership to ensure ERP migrations align with accounting policies and reporting requirements.
• Drive functional design decisions to ensure consistency across newly onboarded business units.
• Address complex posting, data, and reconciliation issues.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience with Infor SyteLine / CloudSuite Industrial, including CloudSuite Industrial SaaS.
• Demonstrated experience in leading or supporting ERP financial migrations.
• Strong background in accounting, financial close processes, and reconciliation.
• Experience in an ERP COE or shared services model.
• Previous experience in the manufacturing industry, particularly in supporting multi-site operations.
• Extensive knowledge of CSI Financial architecture and posting logic.
• Strong analytical skills for effective data validation and reconciliation.
• Familiarity with Infor OS, ION, and integration frameworks.
• Experience in financial reporting using tools such as Power BI, Birst, etc.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
