Senior ERP Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Oversee ERP implementation projects from initial discovery to go-live and ongoing support.

• Assess and enhance business processes to boost operational efficiency.

• Partner with clients to comprehend their needs and suggest customized ERP solutions.

• Handle data migration, validation, and system integration tasks.

• Provide support and resolve functional and technical ERP challenges.

• Conduct training sessions and offer guidance to end users and stakeholders.

• Collaborate with Account Managers to ensure successful outcomes for clients.

• Participate in continuous product and process improvement initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.

• Demonstrated experience in delivering ERP implementations and consulting services.

• Strong grasp of business process improvement and optimization techniques.

• Comprehensive knowledge of finance processes, including budgeting, financial reporting, and compliance.

• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

• Strong skills in stakeholder management and effective communication.

• Experience in project management with a track record of delivering results within scope and timelines.

• Ability to work autonomously in a remote setting.

• Legal authorization to work and reside in Canada.

• Candidates must be located in Western Canada.

• Experience in the fuel, gas, logistics, or related industries is highly desirable.

• Familiarity with SQL, scripting languages, SAGE300, Crystal Reports, and Power BI is highly desirable.
