Senior ERP Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Lead ERP implementation projects from the initial discovery phase to go-live and ongoing support.

• Analyze and enhance business processes to boost operational efficiency.

• Collaborate with clients to gather requirements and propose customized ERP solutions.

• Oversee data migration, validation, and system integration tasks.

• Assist and resolve functional and technical ERP challenges.

• Provide training and support to end users and stakeholders.

• Partner with Account Managers to ensure successful outcomes for clients.

• Contribute to continuous product and process improvement efforts.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.

• Demonstrated experience in delivering ERP implementations and consulting services.

• Strong grasp of business process improvement and optimization methodologies.

• Comprehensive understanding of finance processes, including budgeting, financial reporting, and compliance.

• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Strong abilities in stakeholder management and communication.

• Experience in managing projects and achieving results within defined scope and timelines.

• Capability to work independently in a remote setting.

• Legal authorization to work and reside in Canada.

• Located in Western Canada and available to work within the same time zones as clients.

• Experience in the fuel, gas, logistics, or related industries.

• Familiarity with SQL, scripting languages, SAGE300, Crystal Reports, and Power BI.
