This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +4 more states.
• Lead and execute the design, configuration, testing, training, deployment, and support of strategic projects utilizing the defined SDLC.
• Analyze industry and company best practices to identify and suggest process enhancements.
• Organize requirements-gathering sessions with business partners and determine affected business processes.
• Assess and propose system solutions within JDE E1 and related systems.
• Serve as the intermediary between departmental end users, external vendors, suppliers, and IT.
• Improve existing system functionalities by evaluating, defining, and documenting solution proposals.
• Spearhead the development of business cases, testing and training plans, project plans, and cost estimates.
• Oversee risks and issues related to assigned platforms.
• Create functional designs, including logical data models, system interfaces, and security requirements.
• Secure stakeholder approvals for functional designs.
• Conduct system testing and monitor issues until resolution.
• Formulate UAT plans and scenarios while managing UAT execution.
• Document test outcomes and communicate testing status.
• Address production incidents and deliver daily support and training to system users.
• Provide first- and second-level production support, including analysis and resolution of ServiceNow incidents.
• Collaborate with technical resources to implement solutions, troubleshoot issues, and pinpoint improvement opportunities.
• Ensure appropriate configuration management for JDE E1 systems.
• Contribute to ongoing process and organizational enhancements.
• Support multiple internal and external systems across various functional areas, disciplines, and divisions.
• Regularly update leadership on statuses and priorities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related discipline.
• 4–6 years of relevant professional experience.
• 1–3 years of leadership or supervisory experience.
• At least four years of experience with Oracle JDE E1 modules.
• Proven project management experience.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with technical staff and business process owners.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
• Strong teamwork and interpersonal abilities.
• Capability to convey technology terminology across all levels.
• Proficient in managing multiple complex tasks simultaneously and independently.
• Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite, Visio, SQL, and business process modeling.
• Willingness to travel up to 15%.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship, now or in the future.
• Preferred: Master’s degree in Computer Science/IT.
• Preferred: Strong documentation skills.
• Preferred: Experience with HR systems such as Kronos or Workday.
• Preferred: Familiarity with Oracle, MS SQL, or Postgres.
• Preferred: Experience with Java, BRMS, and SoapUI.
