This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

šŸ“‹ Description

• Ensure compliance with relevant GMP and ISO 9001 processes and procedures.

• Adhere to both state and federal employment regulations.

• Achieve or surpass annual revenue and profit targets for your designated region while managing a specific budget for expenses.

• Conduct scheduled personalized sales presentations for surgeons, operating room personnel, and administrative staff at facilities within your region.

• Collaborate effectively within a team environment to facilitate lead sharing.

• Coordinate with Posterior and Anterior specialists to ensure efficient account management after equipment sales.

• Maintain, analyze, and utilize territory records and other relevant information to effectively organize, plan, execute, and assess results.

• Educate and follow up with surgeons, operating room staff, and administration on the operation, usage, and application of our products to guarantee overall customer satisfaction.

• Provide timely, precise, and constructive written and oral reports to management regarding expected sales and planned monthly activities.

• Manage a designated cost center (business) to oversee sales, expenses, inventory, and accounts receivable.

• Maintain SFDC reports, dashboards, and updates related to opportunities, leads, and the sales funnel.

• Identify and implement synergy opportunities among other Zeiss companies, Carl Zeiss Meditec field service, and other corporate partners as such programs emerge.

• Create and execute innovative and profitable marketing strategies tailored to the specific needs of the representatives' region.

• Ensure that all paperwork and other requested information are provided completely and promptly.


ā›³ļø Requirements

• A four-year college degree or an equivalent qualification.

• Over five (5+) years of sales experience.

• A high level of technical and clinical product knowledge.

• Proficiency in managing multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Strong organizational and communication abilities.

• Competence in word processing, spreadsheet, and database management software.

• Excellent negotiation and diplomacy skills.

• Ability to develop expertise in product application and practice management implications.

• Capability to safely operate a motor vehicle and hold a valid driver's license.
