This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• This role is tasked with supporting our non-traditional customers, which include Community Health Centers, Government/Institutional entities, Third-Party bidders, Philanthropy initiatives, and Special Projects.
• The position will deliver consistent guidance and assistance to field management and leadership teams.
• Direct collaboration with relevant stakeholders will be essential for the development and implementation of a strategic business plan.
• Responsibilities will encompass increasing sales within non-traditional customer segments through training, education, communication, and engaging field teams.
• The role entails the formulation and execution of an equipment sales strategy in collaboration with CHC Directors concerning market entry strategies.
• Building and sustaining relationships with CHC consultants, groups, and organizations (such as Commonwealth, HCN, and Cnnet) is crucial.
• The position will guide Equipment Specialists (ES) by providing consistent pricing and gross profit parameters.
• Collaborating with the governmental team (federal, state, and local), the role will help establish a process for equipment procurement and ES assignments.
• Support will be provided to HSCARES in designing, equipping, and coordinating the installation of dental equipment.
• The position will partner with the leadership equipment team on specific projects or customers that may require assistance or present unique circumstances (for instance, unique DSO, Mobile Units, and traveling/tele dentistry).
• Generally, 10 or more years of progressively responsible and complex professional experience is expected.
• Extensive knowledge of dental equipment and digital technology is essential.
• A solid understanding of the design, construction, and installation processes for De Novo dental sites is required.
• Field experience on construction sites and working with third-party contractors is necessary.
• Knowledge of dental plumbing and electrical systems for quoting and design purposes is important.
