This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Utilize extensive Epic expertise in client engagements to transform design decisions into robust and thoroughly tested solutions.
• Produce high-quality, outcome-driven results across client projects, functioning independently on complex and somewhat ambiguous tasks.
• Convert documented design decisions into effective Epic configurations within your designated application area, quickly adapting with minimal onboarding time.
• Conduct comprehensive testing of your work, ensuring builds align with requirements and prioritizing quality and testing as essential components of delivery.
• Facilitate structured discovery sessions to evaluate current workflows, identify gaps and constraints, and establish realistic target states.
• Manage the delivery of defined work across one or more engagement workstreams, overseeing tasks, dependencies, and communications.
• Act as a client-facing liaison, collaborating with analysts, operational stakeholders, and executive leadership.
• Proactively identify risks, trade-offs, and dependencies, leading resolution efforts within your area of responsibility.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define engagement outcomes and monitor performance, suggesting adjustments as necessary.
• Guide peers through feedback, context sharing, and hands-on coaching regarding methods and decision-making in uncertain scenarios.
• Employ technology and automation to enhance the efficiency, consistency, and effectiveness of daily operations.
• 4 to 5+ years of consistent independent delivery experience as a consultant, or as an analyst with significant involvement in consultative, cross-functional projects, including those in moderately ambiguous environments.
• Practical Epic build experience in one or more relevant applications (Ambulatory, MyChart, and/or Cadence), with the capability to work from documented design decisions and configure with minimal ramp-up time.
• Strong dedication to testing and quality, with an understanding of the importance of rigorous testing in safeguarding delivery outcomes.
• Proficient in problem framing and decision-making within established frameworks for client delivery and consultative problem-solving.
• Ability to take ownership of processes, functions, capabilities, and engagements, consistently applying structured methodologies and delivery standards.
• Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to coordinate among contributors, leading through informal influence to ensure alignment in execution and outcomes.
• Proven adaptability in managing delivery complexities, trade-offs, or changing priorities.
• Effective communicator with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, comfortable being client-facing with analysts, operational stakeholders, and executive leaders.
