Senior Epic Bridges Interface Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +7 more states.

📋 Description

• Analyze, design, develop, test, implement, and provide ongoing support for Epic Bridges interfaces and the Interface Integration Engine.

• Conduct data analysis, build Bridges interfaces, document requirements, maintain mapping tables, generate reports, manage problems, and perform root cause analysis.

• Collaborate with business owners for discovery and testing phases.

• Create comprehensive documentation.

• Serve as a liaison among technical staff, application build teams, and testing teams under the guidance of the EIS Team Lead.

• Engage in multidisciplinary requirements definition and documentation of interface necessities.

• Assist in the deployment of Epic application software upgrades and patches related to Epic Bridges.

• Integrate Epic Bridges into the existing computing environment.

• Formulate policies, procedures, and documentation for EIS personnel and the helpdesk.

• Develop, test, maintain, and support Bridges interfaces as part of an enterprise interface implementation team.

• Ensure compliance with all change-management procedures and documentation.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 8 years of experience in computer technology within a multi-platform setting.

• At least 3 years of experience working with Epic Bridges.

• Experience in developing interfaces on Intersystem Ensemble or other commercial integration platforms.

• Practical experience in gathering and documenting data requirements.

• Strong understanding of enterprise interface engines, basic Unix, FTP processes, TCP/IP, Cache, HL7, ANSI X12, and Epic Chronicles.

• Proficiency in Epic Bridges interface documentation, design, construction, testing, implementation, and support.

• High School Diploma/GED is required.

• Epic Bridges certification is mandatory.

• A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field is preferred.

• Candidates must reside in an approved remote state: Arizona, California, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Minnesota, Nevada, Oregon, or Texas.
