Senior Epic Analyst, Ambulatory, Healthy Planet, Cogito

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Design, construct, configure, and enhance Epic Ambulatory, Healthy Planet, and Cogito applications.

• Provide support for Epic Ambulatory workflows, population health, care management, quality, and initiatives focused on value-based care.

• Create and uphold registries, dashboards, Reporting Workbench reports, Radar dashboards, and analytics.

• Collaborate with clinical, operational, and technical teams to enhance workflows, reporting, and application performance.

• Assist with Community Connect implementations, upgrades, and optimization projects.

• Engage in healthcare interoperability and the integration of third-party applications.

• Support Epic testing, system improvements, production assistance, and continuous optimization efforts.

• Diagnose application issues and suggest improvements to workflows.

• Mentor junior analysts and act as a subject matter expert in Ambulatory, Healthy Planet, and Cogito.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience as an Epic analyst in a healthcare setting.

• Epic Ambulatory certification is mandatory.

• Epic Healthy Planet certification is essential.

• Epic Cogito certification or equivalent reporting experience is preferred.

• Proficiency with:

• Epic Ambulatory

• Healthy Planet

• Cogito

• Reporting Workbench

• Radar Dashboards

• SlicerDicer

• Workflows related to Population Health and Care Management

• Experience supporting Community Connect environments is preferred.

• Knowledge of healthcare interoperability and third-party application integrations.

• Additional Preferred Qualifications include:

• Other Epic certifications such as Care Everywhere, Clarity, or Caboodle.

• Experience in supporting Epic implementations, upgrades, and optimization projects.

• Understanding of value-based care programs and quality reporting.
