Analyste Junior M&A

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Researching and analyzing financial, sectoral, and strategic information.

• Identifying and qualifying targets, acquirers, or strategic partners internationally.

• Engaging in prospecting activities, initiating contacts, and following up on communications with counterparties.

• Conducting financial analyses: valuation, adjustments, and comparable public and transactional analyses.

• Preparing M&A deliverables: teasers, information memoranda, presentation materials, and execution documents.

• Contributing to buy-side and sell-side processes alongside the Corporate Finance team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Final year student at a business school, engineering school, or master's program, specializing in Corporate Finance, corporate finance, or M&A.

• Significant first experience in M&A, Transaction Services, Private Equity, auditing, consulting, or financial analysis is appreciated.

• Strong interest in external growth operations, financial analysis, and international environments.

• Excellent proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.

• Diligence, curiosity, autonomy, analytical mindset, and ability to work in a team.

• Very good level of professional English, both written and spoken.
