This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Create training materials and programs that emphasize sales techniques and point-of-sale (POS) execution.
• Educate promoters and field teams on customer engagement, sales communication, conversion strategies, and product merchandising.
• Conduct both in-person and online training sessions throughout the region.
• Organize training timetables based on commercial priorities.
• Assess field team performance metrics to determine training requirements.
• Suggest development initiatives aimed at enhancing execution and driving sales outcomes.
• Ensure a consistent approach and execution practices at the POS.
• Assist with special events, product launches, and campaigns by providing targeted sales-force training.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training through performance metrics and monitor field team advancement.
• A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commercial Management, Communications, or related fields.
• Prior experience in training sales teams or promoters.
• Background in Trade Marketing, retail, or the consumer goods sector.
• Proven experience in delivering both in-person and online training sessions.
• Technical expertise in sales and negotiation strategies.
• Proficient in the Microsoft Office suite.
• Willingness to travel.
• Competence in creating content, standardizing POS best practices, and enhancing field team performance through strategic training.
