Application Analyst – Epic Cadence, Prelude, Grand Central

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Provide support and upkeep for designated services and systems.

• Collaborate with the team to oversee, assess, and strategize upgrades.

• Keep track of the production issue queue and address problems while upholding Customer Service Level Agreements.

• Carry out project tasks as assigned.

• Comply with and improve quality assurance standards, as well as systems development and delivery methodologies.

• Aid in the ongoing process of integrating end-user requests with software capabilities.

• Evaluate and offer recommendations regarding application builds and system functionalities to ensure reliability for current and/or future applications.

• Exhibit diagnostic skills and expertise to support problem identification and resolution across the assigned NMHC distributed system IS environment.

• Engage in on-call rotation as required.

• Assist in maintaining application/technical documentation and architecture diagrams.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2-5 years of relevant experience in the core discipline.

• Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
