This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

šŸ“‹ Description

• Evaluate disputes related to fraud and non-fraud card transactions for accuracy, timeliness, and eligibility.

• Conduct investigations into transaction activities, customer statements, merchant details, and supporting documentation.

• Oversee eligible disputes from initial intake and submission to monitoring, resolution, and final closure.

• Gather necessary documentation and communicate effectively with customers and internal teams, without guaranteeing dispute resolutions.

• Detect instances of account takeover, first-party misuse, authorized-user activities, and other situations that require escalation.

• Ensure precise maintenance of case records, financial adjustments, audit trails, and outcomes of disputes.

• Utilize AI and automation tools responsibly to investigate cases, organize evidence, draft communications, and enhance operational efficiency.

• Recognize recurring dispute trends and assist in creating processes that facilitate high-volume operations.

• A high level of agency with a strong sense of ownership; you proactively spot issues, take initiatives, and see them through without the need for constant guidance.

• Exceptional attention to detail and analytical capabilities, with the ability to make informed, risk-based decisions.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced startup environment where processes are continuously refined.

• Proficient in using AI tools to enhance the efficiency and quality of operational tasks.

• Strong sense of ownership and the ability to work collaboratively across Customer Operations, Fraud, Compliance, and Product teams.

• Familiarity with Visa Resolve Online (VROL), Visa dispute regulations, or commercial card disputes is advantageous.

• Previous experience in card disputes, chargebacks, fraud investigations, payments, or banking operations is preferred.
