Insurance Software Support Analyst, Configuration

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Assisting SchemeServe clients by collaborating across three dynamic sub-groups within the Wunderwriting department: Scheme Builders, Post Live, and Obsessive Support.

• Aiding in the creation of new schemes, overseeing complex updates, or addressing quick support inquiries.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in insurance or underwriting.

• Familiarity as a Configuration Analyst or Business/Systems Analyst for SaaS insurance software solutions (coding skills not required) (Preferred).

• Experience interacting with various aspects of insurance support and scheme management (Preferred).
