This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Design, develop, configure, and support Epic Ambulatory workflows and their enhancements.
• Optimize and support Epic Community Connect environments across affiliated organizations.
• Collaborate with clinical, operational, and technical stakeholders to enhance ambulatory workflows.
• Facilitate integrations between Epic and third-party applications, digital health platforms, and external providers.
• Resolve issues related to Epic applications, workflow challenges, and interoperability problems.
• Engage in requirements gathering, building, testing, implementation, upgrades, and go-live support.
• Ensure that solutions comply with organizational standards, security requirements, and interoperability best practices.
• Epic Ambulatory Certification.
• Experience with Epic Community Connect.
• Over 5 years of experience in Epic Ambulatory build and support.
• In-depth understanding of ambulatory clinical workflows and operational processes.
• Experience in supporting healthcare integrations and interoperability initiatives.
• Proven experience collaborating with cross-functional clinical, operational, and technical teams.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication abilities.
• Capability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Salary based on experience $110,000 - $150,000 +.
